My journey started at Tesla on April 29, 2019. It began on the production line improving output, and quality. During my time at Tesla working with Production Management, Process Engineering Team, and Material Review Board. I have witnessed many things. My skills truly made a positive impact. Because the company’s explosive growth. The continuous changing environment poses unique opportunities. Dealing with fast growth is my area of expertise. My ability for vision into the growth, and the challenges that come with it, sets me apart. Getting others around me to see and work together is one of my skill sets.

Process Technician Seats: Model X Monopost, Model Y, and MRB Technician.
Production Associate: Model X 3rd Row, Model S 2nd Row Pilot Team.
Supervised Trim Containment project: Worked with Engineering, Production Management, & Product Control. To solve Trim Line Rejection issues. Saving Tesla millions of dollars in over rejected trim from the lines. It was one of the most important things to fix at 901 Page. With my efforts the problem was solved. During my time at Tesla. I have made a very positive impact. With many Continuous Improvements under my belt.
My strong belief in Sustainable Energy means I belong with the Tesla family.
Pilot Team Model S 2nd Row. I made a difference again with many Continuous Improvements approved. Helping the Team of Associates to get trained, and helping to identify issues that need improvement. Taking initiative with the Engineering Team, as well as Production Management, and Line set up Construction Team. Helping Solve Quality Problems, Process, and Time Motion issues. Model S 2nd Row runs very smooth now.
