EKG paper to be able to print. Make sure EKG is working and online to be able to transmit reports with
patient information. Turn on and check the treadmill to make sure it's working correctly on starting level/
speed. Take vitals and document in the patient’s chart, go over medications and any allergic reactions
documented in the patient's chart.
Explain the procedure and what to expect during the test. Place the electrodes on the patient and do
two EKG’s sitting down, resting. Then one EKG test on the treadmill pre-actual test for baseline. Call in
all staff to start the treadmill stress test. Document in
Epic and send all results to doctor’s in box and scheduler, if follow up appointment is needed. Clean and
sanitize the room and set up for the next patient in a timely manner.
Check in the box and answer the phone/take care of all requests in a timely manner.

Front office: High volume clinic where multi-tasking is critical with multiple duties and responsibilities

medications for the lab, as per Washington state guidelines and
