San Diego Productions San Diego, CA: Production Assistant 10/17-present

Set up the meal prep each day of each production. Transport production gear, equipment, props, permit signage, and other miscellaneous items to various locations per individual production. Cater to the individual needs of the cast and crew of various production projects while always paying close attention to the projects producer.

Sea 180 Coastal Tavern Imperial Beach, CA: Server 8/16-1/18

Serve food/drinks in a timely manner to guests. Remain knowledgeable of the ever rotating international food/drink menu. Close down the restaurant on varied nights throughout the week.

TGIFridays Gettysburg, PA/San Diego, CA: Server/Bartender 05/14-8/16

Serve food/drinks to guests. Remain knowledgeable to all alcoholic beverages and menu items, including all current and past promotions. Close down the bar/restaurant at the end of each shift. Shift lead 3-4 nights a week per my SSC score (Server Strength Code).

Make weekly work schedules. Open/Close store. Count cash drawers and make sure they’re even. Bag, seal and drop off daily cash deposit at bank. Execute seasonal floor plans and promotions. Attended college from 2000-.2002. Played basketball and was the EPJCC player of the week 5 consecutive weeks. Finished college basketball career with a 21.7 points per game average. Highly recruited by Kutztown University.
