In this company, I was working as an assembler of different materials that using for high quality elevator parts also, we assemble the moving sidewalk elevators. The parts are very big and wide, but we are using overhead crane to put the things to the place where we want. For this job, we are using high power impact drive and high quality adjustable, open, and close wrenches and measuring system.

Food factory Machine Operator-

As a machine operator, our main task were minimizing down time. One machine operator the first his step is adjusting the temperature, check moisture, check the quality of the fluid ingredient.

After adjusting these main parts, the food process needs plenty of co-workers that he/she assigned at the product center.

Once the machine is running at the specific level, the operator doing just check the activity and the status of the machine not made shortage of raw material and oven temperature.

This automation college level study is focus on wiring at different level of voltage, setup the parts and components in the circuit board, Soldering and repairing the broken circuit board connections, PLC programming and diagnosing, also assembly of electronics parts through following the schematic and drawings. We train with different types of hand tools including power impact, benches drills, different types of open and close wrenches and using the magnifying glass for tiny or very small electronics parts.
