My name is Arthur Wissing. I live in Conway SC. I am currently seeking a job and would like you to review my past work experience.

I am well groomed and well spoken. I am a non-smoker, no tattoos. I can pass any drug or background check. I am looking for full time year around employment. I am able to work any and all shifts including weekends and holidays. I have a valid SC drivers license and reliable transportation. I am never late or call out for any reason; work is my top priority. I have been self employed since I graduated high school.

I have owned a dozen businesses and managed each for years. Some examples, auto truck repair, car wash, hotel, tanning salon and spa, video store, bar and rental properties in three states. I have owned a commercial strip mall with several stores. I have owned and managed some three and four family rentals and an apartment complex in Houston, TX for 10 years. All my businesses are gone now and my last management job was managing a marina here in SC. I owned and managed Bull Feathers bar/restaurant in Murrells Inlet for 5 years.

I take pride in maintaining a smooth operation in all past businesses. I have old school work ethics, I am a competent worker, very dependable and fully vaccinated against Covid.
