1972-1985: Owned and operated a Cohen's Fashion optical franchise in N.Y.C. My responsibilities included day to day operations of the store, frame buying, lab work, payroll, lens ordering, selling, and management.

1985-1988: Owned and operated a Cohen's Fashion Optical in Westport, Ct. My responsibilities were the same as listed above

1989-1991: I worked for Lancaster Contact Lens. I manufactured hard and gas permeable lenses.

1992-1994: Worked as a optician for Guarino Optical in Lancaster, Pa. My responsibilities included selling, fitting and measuring eyeglasses. I also did all of the lab work

1994-2019: Worked for Miller Optical in Lancaster, Pa. My responsibilities included, selling, measuring and explaining to the patients the best types of frames and lenses they should purchase to meet their needs. I checked all of the finished jobs for accuracy and did the dispensing of the finished eyeglasses. In addition I did frame adjustments. I also looked up the patients eyeglass and exam benefits.
