The Dzongkhag Level Tender Committee, Dzongkhag Administration, Wangdue pleased to award you the "Maintenance of Drainage, footpath and kerbs in Bajo Throm "at the negotiated amount of Nu 2,700,000.00 (Ngultrum: Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand)only.

Hence, lhe necessary materials and manpower should be engaged at site on time and should start the works wilhin IO days after the issuance of this work order and have to complete all works within given period of Six months on or before 5th May 2023 in line with the specifications and drawings issued to you. Additional and devaition of works if any should be executed only upon approval to confirm the budget and should obtain the work order to acertain instruction accordingly. Any discrepancy between drawing and BoQ and any variation in quantities, should seek clarification in writing before execution of work or else it will not be considered. Further, you are reminded that work should not be given on subcontract to avoid complication later on.

The arrangement of labors, camp and service connection should be arranged by your own management in consultation with Site Engineer or Institutional Head but without any additional cost due to this. However, non-compliance to the instruction and failure to adhere the contract terms and condition shall compel us to cancel the work and award to the next eligible bidder but shall take action in accordance to the contract terms & conditions and also as per agreement executed with Dzongkhag Administration. The technical supervision of the works on behalf of the Dzongkhag administration shall be carried out by Mr. Ram Bahadur Darjee, Deputy Executive Engineer and shall be assisted by Mrs. Januka Samal,Technician, Municipal Office to ensure quality till completion of works. The bill and other related expenditures should be submitted timely to this administration to enable us to scrutinize and the payment accordingly.
