INTERMEDIATE TYPIST CLERK (ITC): 06/1990-02/1992: Performed clerical duties, maintaining logs for cases, transferred cases in and out of district, maintaining case counts, prepared correspondence on routine matters, routing incoming mail, screen all telephone calls and ensuring the timely preparation and submission of various reports.

JOBS PLUS PROGRAM/CALWORKS APPROVED UNIT: 02/1992-02/2002:

Maintain CalWORKs cases for participants who resides in the Imperial Courts Housing Projects. Participants have active CalWORKs cases are in the Jobs Plus Program (Welfare to Work). Reviewed and processed Quarterly Reports (QR7) by updating all changes reported on QR7 in system. This assignment required to determine continued eligibility for public assistance in accordance with policy and regulations.
