SUMMARY

My professional background began as a jewelry sales associate for an organization known as Bella Gold N’ Gems. Here, I performed duties as a salesmen, merchandise transporter, and customer service provider. A customer service and sales expert who identified customer needs and delivered solutions to problems.

The next phase of experience introduced myself to the military lifestyle. I served as an Infantry Machine Gun Leader, with extensive knowledge in the use of defensive fighting positions and the proper way to deploy machine gun fields of fire. Another example of experience gained was acting as a security force specialist in training environments and while overseas in combat arenas. A Senior Personnel Management Advisor versed in cross-functional leadership, management, and team building. Strong supervisory and communication skills.

Lastly, skilled trade laborer in the field of commercial window cleaning and maintenance specialist. I cleaned windows for businesses and homes in residential neighborhoods around the city. Tommy O Window Cleaning was a self employed contractor that was talented in building positive customer rapport, while maintaining a high level of quality work.
