Program Delivery Lead – EDF Energy, Pune, India and London, UK Orchard Business Transformation and SAP Implementation programme was a Muti-year Initiative to transform business processes including technology transformation covering implementation of SAP Utilities modules for Billing, Metering and interfacing with various existing systems.

• Managing multiple critical application development and maintenance of existing application.
• Managed a Client and Accenture team of 100+ individuals across NYC, NJ, Singapore and India
• Led a team of managers, Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, Data warehouse specialists, to define and implement the service level agreements, and implementation.
