Dear hiring manager,

My name is Julius Bass born, and raised in Atlanta, Ga. I’m very happy this position has opened up because this will be a great way to learn how to coach, recruit, watch film, workout, building character, and learning how to communicate effectively, and work with group’s of people to make everyone better every day. I currently volunteer coach for Forest park high school.

This will be my third season with the team, and me coaching. This wasn’t something I wanted to do at first in my early career in life, which I worked for my grandmother at her business called The Mad Hatter, which still exist in Atlanta, Georgia today. From her I learned social skill’s, and was able to learn patience with individual’s, and group’s of people because I was assistant manager.

I matured fast from that situation, and yes I enjoyed doing it but I didn’t feel that was my calling in life. So three year’s ago I decided I wanted to be a head football coach one day. I understand it take’s time, strenuous hour’s, learning, and extreme patience because I have to work with different personalities, which becomes different perspectives. But that’s the greatest thing about sport’s, and football in general.

We can all have disagreements, but if we’re willing to communicate effectively with each other, and learn from each other then I know I’m doing my dream in life. I’m currently in school for my bachelor’s in psychology. I have seven more months left, and then I’m going to get my Master’s in kinesiology.

Having those two degrees will help me develop mind’s to be great, and be able to mentally, and physically compete at practice, in school, in a game, and within their individual life without any of these thing’s. That all being said I will make sure I’m innovative, creative, diverse, compassionate, and be professional all time’s.
