Adapted the existing processes, accounting, and personnel of a mid-sized contractor to conform to requirements for new Federal contracts resulting in highly successful Military construction project deliveries.

Developed a long term strategy to obtain high maximum value multiple year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Military construction contracts.
