Professional Achievements
Adapted the existing processes, accounting, and personnel of a mid-sized contractor to conform to requirements for new Federal contracts resulting in highly successful Military construction project deliveries.
Implemented procedures and team buy in process to successfully manage and deliver projects under all sorts of delivery methods resulting in excellent performance evaluations and owner representative relationships.
Developed a long term strategy to obtain high maximum value multiple year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Military construction contracts. Successfully implemented the strategy with successful marketing, proposal preparation, and financial planning to bring the strategy to fruition.
