As a cash management specialist, I work with different program. ACAR is one that I monitor all day to make sure transactions are going out in the time frame given and if something is wrong, how to identify the problem. I also work in quantum, but in this program I am building templates to send money to customers that have requested to borrow money from the bank, but they don’t borrow on a regular basis like the ones in the ACAR system. I run reports daily to ensure our systems balance and communicate through email messenger or by phone with upper management or AE’s. Store Manager Titlemax- Danville, Va

I started off as a CSR and worked my way up to Store Manager. I help manage one of the strongest title loan companies in the industry. In our district we have the highest loan volume, the most in total accounts and the best profit for the company. We work with the general public doing title loans, helping customers fill out applications to obtain a title loan. I also do collections, calling customers that are late on a daily basis until we get in touch with them and get a payment or a promise to pay. We take payments in store via cash, debit, money order, cashier check, or western union, so I am familiar with multiple forms of payments. I also run reports to see how much in loans we have done for the month or day and where we need to be. Another of my responsibilities is repossessions. When a customer falls a certain amount of days past due I request them for repo in our system, once approved I find the best vendor in the area and assign them to that vendor. Once they are recovered I work with the customer to get their vehicle back or prepare the vehicle to be sold at auction.
