Updated the patient chart in our NextGen system with their pertinent information i.e address, name, phone number. Sent referrals via fax for x rays and counseling sessions after verifying the insurance accepted the provider. Escorted the patient to the exam room when needed. Completed daily balancing of the deposits of the co pays collected. All other duties as assigned.
