●Taking Final rinse of Bottle Beer Tanks and testing for microbial load to ensure they are clean before use .

●Swabbing Lines to ensure that the fillers are clean and safe to use for filling in the different brands according to routine.

●Testing for Color, alcohol level, Present Gravity and other parameters of packaged samples to ensure they are within specifications .

These procedures ensured that parameters of resources and materials used before, during and after production met required specifications and products to be sent to trade are not harmful to consumers.
