Essential duties(as far as property and receptionist)

-document any apt unit issues to upper management via Microsoft word

-answer all incoming calls and connecting to the proper personnel.

-deliver any living violations to appointed residents

-obtain any documents such as rent and any special needs request and deliver to personnel

-obtain any package deliveries and notifying residnece when arriving

-hand out and provide any food and hygenics upon case workers request(after hours)

-notify the proper assigned case workers for appointments with residence

-deliver any incoming deliveries to neighboring clinic when arriving

-conduct and file work orders upon any health hazards or property damage

-inspect apt units during vacant or occupied

-interact with all residents and visiting family members

-operate and reset fire alarm panels upon triggering as well as document circuit that was triggered

-monitor and reset electrical functions

-grant access to residents who are locked out

Essential duties (for all three security companies)

Patrol site grounds(foot or mobile),meet and greet all tenants and visiting personnel,assist custodial facilities with access to specific authorized areas upon request,secure all doors and entrances,report all discrepancies such as health hazards,vandalism,and weather damage to the proper personnel,ticket any traffic or parking violations to the proper personnel,sign-in and out all visitors and badges upon request,operate and report all functioning and malfunctioning cameras upon stationed positions(front desk,concierge),report,document,and reset all building security control panels and document all machinery temperatures and readings,secure all roof access entries,communicate with tenants issues to the best of my abilities,email and inform property management of any incidents that may occur,document daily activity in daily activity reports,section off parking spaces for future events upon management's request,secure all access badges and keys at the end of shift,pass down vital information upon shift change,assist tenants with access to authorized areas that they may have difficulty getting into,check readings and gauges on support machinery,scan all checkpoints upon site request,secure and lock all site access gates,escort all potential threats off of assigned property,operate loss prevention,secure assigned buildings,reset telecommunication systems,reset electrical panels and systems upon malfunction,reset building security panel in assigned lobbies,operate and maintain CCTV,maintain order at metal detector section as well as wand search,
