: Responsible for all facets of services for Concord Township including: road, cemetery, building, and vehicle maintenance, supervision of all Service Department personnel, budget preparation, employee hiring and training, conducted MSDS training, hazardous waste training, PPE, and all other associated training. Prepared specifications for various projects, vehicles, and other equipment, and monitored projects to ensure that they were completed in accordance to the specifications, in a timely fashion, and within the budget.
I have set up the control systems and operated boilers ranging from
3600 psi supercritical once-thru pulverized coal-fired steam generators,
to 30 psi gas-fired package boilers. I’ve operated spreader stokers, chain grate boilers as well as gas/oil, waste fuel units. I have had a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer’s License since 1972, and also have a 2nd Class National Power Engineer’s License.
I have also conducted operator training classes at various industrial facilities, as well as hospitals and schools. I have worked at CEI as the Start-up Engineer for their Avon Unit #9 boiler, and their Eastlake #5 boiler. I also worked at Detroit Edison Monroe Power Plant as the Start-up Engineer for Units One and Three. I would be happy to discuss with you all the other boiler start-up and operating experience that applies if you would choose to do so.
