Led Wireless 2G/3G/4G site design, including, device design: RRU, BBU, Baseband and CPRI/eCPRI connections; transport design L2/L3 switching functions and time Synchronization: GPS/IP Clock Solution. Successfully delivered around 400 LTE sites, 300 3G Sites and 100 2G sites deployed, 2 BSCs and 1 RNC relocation of more than 200 modernized and swapped.

Support RF Project activities: Successful deliver AFP project, refarming projects: GSM 900/1800 refarming band, WIMAX TDD 2.6GHz refarming

Produced Engineering documents : SOP (Standard Operation and Procedure) and SOW (Scope of Work) validated and approved by the high management and customer
