• Retail Supervisor for the Jacksonville (North FL) Team 2010 to present. Managed up to 80 employees to provide services to Wal-Mart, CVS, Publix, and several other retail stores. Provided mentorship and guidance to employees in a geographically dispersed region both in person and remotely. Also had Georgia/South Carolina for 2 years. Also managed Miami for 3 months as well as North FL at the same time.

• Retail Supervisor for the Walgreen’s Remodeling program 2008-2009 Led 4 different teams in performing full store remodels. Responsible for all phases of recruiting my own team, hiring around 95 total reps. Orlando, Lakeland, Melbourne, and Ocala, FL

• Retail Supervisor for the Orlando (Central FL) Team 2005-2007. Managed up to 85 reps. Also, Space Management Coordinator creating plan-o-grams.

• Retail Supervisor Winn Dixie Dedicated Team 2004-2005. For Central and South FL. Responsible for hiring 70 part time reps. Working different sections using plan-o-grams in Winn Dixie stores. Coordinated with Winn Dixie corporate.
