Long Island University Brookville, NY 2018 – 2022 Head Coach, Ice Hockey

Developed a varsity program within the parameters of the structure and regulations of the NCAA and the University, the first NCAA Division 1 women’s program on Long Island/New York City. Established the recruitment program for and final selection of athletically and academically qualified student-athletes. Formulated and set policies of play and oversaw strength and conditioning of student-athletes to achieve desired developmental focus and goals. Coached student-athletes and team utilizing best-practice methods in technical, tactical, and strategic game preparation. Oversaw fundraising and administrative details. 2020 & 2021 Conference Champions and 2022 Regular Season Champions. Kunlun Red Star Vanke Rays Shenzhen, China 2017 – 2020 Head Coach, General Manager & Advisor

As Head Coach 2017-18, I Administered, drafted, coached, and trained athletes to compete in the Canadian Women’s Hockey League (CWHL). Selected, developed, supervised, and evaluated assistant coaches and support staff and prepared task assignments based on job descriptions. Additionally served as Associate Head Coach for Team China at the 2018 World Championships in Asiago, Italy. In 2018 I served as General Manager & later as an Advisor. Promoted, developed and coordinated community initiation camps, development camps, identification camps, educational presentations, coaching mentorship, and leadership. Upheld staff effectiveness and efficiency standards, provided coaching & mentorship to Chinese coaches, and scouted and recruited North American Chinese Heritage players to play for the professional team and serve as hockey ambassadors, ultimately leading toward representing China in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

Assisted the Head Coach in formulating, teaching, and coaching technical aspects of game preparation and strategy for a Division I athletic program. Assisted in directing competitions, practice, administrative activities, alumni relations activities, and the recruitment process for student-athletes. Developed a varsity sporting program within the structure and regulations of the Ivy League, the NCAA, and the University. 4th in Conference Scoring, recruited core composition of student-athletes that Yale to first NCAA Frozen Four in 2022. St. Norbert College De Pere, WI 2009 – 2015 Head Coach, Ice Hockey

Founded an NCHA, NCAA Division III Hockey program, overseeing all program management, including coaching, administration, coordination, and recruitment, focused on the total development of student-athletes. Planned and conducted team and individual practice and training, established competitive playing schedule per institutional direction, made and coordinated travel arrangements, prepared and managed budget, including equipment procurement, developed and arranged facility use for practice and competition, worked with selected athletic department staff to achieve goals, and conducted long-range planning. Awarded the NCHA Coach of the Year and NCAA D III West Region Coach of the Year. Won the NCHA Conference Championship, and were NCAA Quarterfinalist.
