Ive been Lead man of all order selectors, training them, motivating and guiding them to reach excellence. Two shifts of 40+ employees each shift. Just about 14 order selectors on each shift. Start the morning meeting, getting everyone streachted, updated with the previous day production, good and bad points. Getting the shift of 40 forklift, slipsheet, order selectors motivated ready for the present days work. Also as a lead, i train, audit, i order select, replenish, one of the main process of the production at Pesico/Xpo logictics. Im always up for The Challenge. And ready for the next step.
