I am currently a College Student pursuing my academic and athletic journey.Over the past several years I have trained many individuals and helped them achieve and even exceed there goals. Working well with other athletes and untrained individuals of all ages I am very versatile in my approach and understanding of fitness. I myself have dedicated my life to fitness and healthy living after losing 85 lbs I haven’t looked back. I’m super excited to get after it and change other lives for the better.
