Completely revamped DuPont Remediation Services via implementing client focused, cross collaboration of all program aspects. Emphasized client service while utilizing subject matter (SME) expertise to expedite response actions while optimizing cost and eliminating waste and duplicate efforts. Developed key performance indicators to document service response time, cost savings and safety oversight for TRC projects. Responsible for all aspects of the DuPont RS program such as industrial hygiene and hazard assessments, non-hazardous and hazardous waste management, and remediation contractor oversight including compliance with OSHA, EPA and state regulations.
Managed asbestos, lead paint, IH, IAQ and hazardous material inspections and environmental response actions throughout DuPont Wilmington. Responsible for safety training and implementation (e.g., lock out, fall protection, hazardous energy, housekeeping) related to remediation in the Wilmington DE facilities. Served as SME for IH and safety stressors (e.g., VOCs, PCBs, asbestos, lead paint, mercury contamination, mold, IAQ/ventilation, silica, noise, hazardous atmospheres).
Project Executive functions for annual contract value of approximately $2MM. Served as project executive for TRC work at Chemours facilities (Newark and Wilmington DE), DuPont facilities in Newark DE, and outside clients in the Philadelphia PA region.
