I would host as well with being the cashier. i would do temps and paperwork along with helping the employees and making sure the positions are filled so everyone has there jobs to assure the public of the best services possible. Server. I would greet the guest at the their table. I would tell about promotions and specials. While getting drink order. Bring out drinks and take food order. repeat order back to make sure is correct. then put the order into systen. Bring food out and do a check back in 2 minutes after they receive food. Prebus tables and make sure their needs and wants are met. Refills never let the glass run out. Offer dessert bring out if they ordered. If not then print ticket and bring ticket to the guest. cash guest out and thank them for coming.
