I have an extensive background in customer service dating back to 2000. I have also spent the last 14 years as a front line employee at American Airlines being a flight attendant.

As a flight attendant duties include, performing cabin safety checks in line with FAA rules and regulations, maintain certification of basic life support skills and CPR. Maintain aircraft certification as well as evacuations per aircraft type yearly also in line with FAA compliance. Problem solve with other crew members during high stress situations by maintaining open and clear communication. Keeping a safe and comfortable cabin for passengers and crew. A day in the life of a flight attendant could include, detaining an unruly passenger, performing fire fighting duties, handling weather diversions and assisting passengers with various questions and concerns.
Bartender, Applebee’s, Chandler, AZ 2000 — 2013
Began as a host, quickly moving to server and head of training for the location. The position of bartender became available. I moved into the bar and stayed there for the longevity of my time with the company. I built up networking skills and learned to multi task during high task loads. All while keeping a level head and smile on ones face and keeping several conversations going.
