DUTIES INCLUDED (RECEIVING DEPARTMENT)

- Daily monitoring of product off loading, receiving and ensuring the U.S.D.A. requirements are met.

- Daily and throughout the day monitoring the Lockout Tag out procedures' are followed.

- Daily monitoring of received product being checked for proper temperature upon receiving it.

- Daily monitoring of the cool statement. Ensuring the product is born raised and harvested in the U.S.A. only per U.S.D.A. requirements

- Monitoring the proper storage of received product per the company HACCP plan following the CCP

(critical control points) program

- Making sure the product given to production is within the proper age date per the customer.

- Making sure the product given to production is the exact weight so the yield comes out right.

- Making sure the daily trim from production is received from production and scanned in so the yield and cut loss is right.

- Following up at the end of shift with the company controller to ensure the yield was correct and that all return product from the product floor has been scanned out of the day's production run.

- Responsible for conducting weekly inventories

- Ensuring the proper house cleaning is performed to guarantee proper sanitations practices per U.S.D.A requirements

- Responsible daily and throughout the day for monitoring that employees follow the GMP (Good Manufacturing practices) program.

- Daily and throughout the day monitoring employees operating the forklifts in a safe manner.

- I also schedule all in bound loads and work with the dispatchers to ensure on time deliveries to the plant. DUTIES INCLUDED (SHIPPING DEPARTMENT)

- Daily monitoring of product being picked, scanned and loaded to customer specifications.

- Daily monitoring to proper trailer temperature.

- Daily and throughout the day monitoring that the Lockout Tag Out procedures' are followed.

- Daily monitoring of proper product handling and storage. DUTIES INCLUDED (SHIPPING DEPARTMENT):

- Daily and throughout the day monitoring that the employees follow the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) program.

- Daily check to ensure the pre-shipment program was followed per out- going load.

- Daily check off and close out loads and ensure the shipment criteria was followed and performed properly per the customers' requirements.

- Responsible for conducting weekly inventories

- Daily follow up with customers to ensure on time deliveries were made and if not investigate the reason.

- Daily ensure the safety of each and every employee and correct any opportunities that may arise. DUTIES OUTSIDE OF DAILY DEPARTMENT DUTIES
