Managing predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.

1. Organization: -: TATA power Renewable energy Limited (TPREL)

Designation : - Lead Engineer (150MW)

Duration : - 16/09/2020 to presently working.

Solar power plant O&M.

Presently I am working in TPREL (TATA Power) as a lead Engineer Chhayan site 150 MW solar (PV) plant (Rajasthan).

Operation & Maintenance of 220/33 KV Switch Yard & it’s connected Power systems like Isolators, CT & PT’s, breakers like SF6, VCB, power transformer

Diagnose problems with solar electrical components via analyses of data and performance, troubleshooting, and equipment inspections

Daily basis generation & module cleaning report & inverter efficiency report

Responsible for daily,weekly, monthly, half yearly & yearly maintenance activities & Documentation

Lead and conduct internal failure analysis and the RCA process, working closely with Operations and Asset Management personnel

Work with OEM, component manufacturers, and other industry resources to address component problems and improvement opportunities

Investigate underperformance issues and develop effective solutions Checking equipment performance

Provide implementation recommendations and support to Central Maintenance Department regarding component servicing, repair, replacement, and retrofit solutions including work instruction development, preliminary BOM, and preliminary planning

Review safety and quality aspects of component repair and replacement as necessary
