PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:
I am enthusiastic and motivated Senior Nurse, Midwife and Care Assistant with 12 years working experience in health and social care industry. I am verily a compassionate person and desirous of supporting disabled and vulnerable people in need of care. I have previously worked as a volunteer in numerous health and social care settings offering expertise in person-centred care, implementation and monitoring individual care plans and management of patients’ and residents’ assessments and files. I am subservient, energetic, self-starter and a good team worker who is resilient and able to navigate high-stress situations. Through regular outreach health community programs, I have been advantaged to work in a variety of health and social care settings outside the hospital, our community work is mainly concerned with sensitizing and providing the required expertise to caregivers of people with special needs, infants, expectant mothers, elderly people, people with communicable and noncommunicable terminal illnesses. I am well-versed in monitoring patients or residents with developmental care needs, morbidities, disabilities and adhering to their recovery treatment care plans. I am as well accustomed to working as an individual or in a team to achieve the intended goal, which is to put our patients out of anguish through all possible means thus leading a happy and hopeful life.
