We propose to install the specified equipment at the prices quoted

in accordance with standard industry practices, following all applicable

federal, state and local regulation. The total cost includes labor,

and equipment described below. Any carpentry, electrical, or plumbing

work and refrigerant is to be performed by others and not included in the

quoted prices unless so stated in this document. Install Goodman

equipment two condensers 2.5- ton condenser 13 SEER. Install

two furnaces 75,000 BTU 92% efficiency. Install duct work. The specified

equipment at the prices quoted in accordance with standard industry

practices, following all applicable federal, state and local regulations.

Any work is to be performed by others and not included in the quoted

prices unless so stated in this document.

Total price $ 14,500.00

Price guarantee 30 days.

Before we get permits you pay $ 500.00. Then for equipment and material

I'll receive $ 6,000.00 After start work you pay $ 4,000.00 for equipment

and material. After install furnaces I'll receive $ 3,800.00. When job was

done I'll receive the rest of the amount, which is $ 200.00.

Customer is totally responsible for permit.
