Customers Loyalty App
We sell our products in our stores by giving our own credit to the customer (like Affirm). Then we collect these expenses when the installments come. With the loyalty card application, we will be able to add other channels to our SMS option, which is the only channel we have. With this application, we will be able to receive customer e-mail information and communicate via e-mail, and we will provide notifications through the application and stay in contact with them. In order to increase the application usage of the customers, I created options for gamification, creating a spend-win segment and earning points as a result of certain actions.
I created all of this in accordance with the budget we had to give. Our goal at the end of the project will be to increase our customer loyalty and satisfaction, while increasing our knowledge of customers and increasing our ways of getting to know them.
