Anderson 10/2021-Present
Lead Installer. El Paso, Texas
Found my own crew and installed Anderson’s newest line of energy efficient windows and doors the “Renewal by Anderson”
Every morning I receive the contract and plans for the customer that contains the list of materials and requirements needed for the day’s project.
My crew will load all windows and materials needed and I would double check everything. Once everything was loaded I’d call the customer with an ETA and ensure them were coming.
Once at the customers I would introduce myself and my crew and double measure all the openings, once knowing everything fitted or not I would explain to the customer in detail what the plans are and all safety measurements.
Once everything was established my crew will prep the working areas by covering all furniture in plastic drapes and would lay tarps in and out of the opening to catch all debris.
As we demo and install the first couple windows/doors I explain and show the customer the process of everything that is happening to their home. This helps them understand and appreciate the product I’m installing for them.
Once the jobs is completed we do a thorough cleaning of the residents and finally I give a demonstration of their new product and all it’s features. Once I feel like I’ve answered all questions I asked them to fill out the paperwork and thank them for buying our product.
SUNPRO SOLAR. 05/2021-10/2021
Salesman El Paso, Texas
Went door to door to set my own sales appointments, I would set three to four leads a day and would have about half of sales close
Managed my own routes to find my leads using the ADP application to track the homes already knocked
Also using the ADP application I would be able to store and access information and details about my clients
Would speak to the customers on appointments set by them and explain the different options we had and everything that would come with our solar systems from the hardware to the warranties and guarantees
Between/after closing the sale and installation I would check in on my clients to ensure everything went smoothly and of course if they had anymore references.
