Who I am

With over 40 years in the plumbing and water filtration industries, and 20+ years in people leadership, I am a subject matter expert in the mechanical industry. I demonstrate consistent leadership skills as I have led unique, diverse teams, ranging from tradespeople to office staff. Beyond plumbing and people leadership, I bring years of experience with stakeholder engagement, as well as procurement, estimate creation and presentation, and drafting. Lastly, my differentiator is my ability to both design and implement a variety of projects and programs, from backflows and reverse osmosis (RO) to bottled water and lengthy maintenance programs, independently from start to finish.
