• LEADERSHIP
As a leader of the shop and all of the employees that I have worked with I have overall become a very outspoken and vocal leader learning to take all directions necessary for the correct job be it through trouble shooting product, disciplinary action, termination, group gatherings, scheduling, quality, or even expedited orders needing to go out the door asap not every individual in the work force is the same and does not have the same work ethic and mind job set as everyone else but that is what makes each individual co-worker, employee, or partner unique in their own way.
