• Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution in data centers including generators and HVAC
• Knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution and Lighting Circuits with Voltage rating of DC to 600 Volts and AC to 600 Volts.
• Install, adjust, modify, verify, calibrate, and test operation of power systems, specialized electrical systems and panels, circuitry, electrical chassis, appliances, and portable electrical equipment in accordance with all State and Federal Electrical Codes and Ordinances.
• Wire sizing, fusing, practices, safeties, Lock-Out/Tag Out, Emergency Stop
• Motors and motor control circuits, including AC, DC drives; ability to maintain and troubleshoot
• Relay Control Circuits, including ladder logic and latching circuits
• Control Panels; assemble and wire according to NEC
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Use of various power tools: voltmeter, amp meter, oscilloscope; mig welding
• Ability to operate machinery; forklifts, man lifts, cherry pickers, and other industrial vehicles
• Mechanical ability in all areas of building and machinery maintenance and repair; strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC

Dyno Nobel Inc., Simsbury Connecticut Lead Foreman / Master Electrician November 2017 - Present
Lead Electrical Foreman for a crew of 4 at this manufacturer of industrial explosives. The Dyno Nobel facilities in Simsbury encompass 300+ acres with 250+ buildings. Scheduling and completion of the facility’s electrical needs, both new and maintenance projects. This would include scope of work, creating work orders, order materials, and scheduling crew. Maintain electrical inventory. Scheduling of yearly training, and training / coaching crew as needed.
Aerospace Alloys, Inc., Bloomfield Connecticut Shop Foreman / Master Electrician November 2015 – November 2017
Lead Electrician and Shop Foreman for this abrasive waterjet cutting company. Trained in repair and maintenance of waterjet cutting machinery and Hass CNC machinery. Managed all facets of the facility in Bloomfield, including running and maintenance of the plant and all machinery, and scheduling of projects. I also traveled to customers in the U.S. to assist with maintenance and installation of their waterjet cutting machinery.

Service & Installation Electrician at Electronic Environments, a data center engineering, construction, and maintenance services company. Electronic Environments was trying to establish business in the state of Connecticut. I worked with closely with Sales to configure, install and / or move complete data rooms to the scope of work. Installed new FDC and dual UPS units for these data rooms. Troubleshooting and resolution of design or calculated loading issues was a critical part of this position. In 2015, the company stopped pursuing business in Connecticut as they were unable to retain enough work.
