Position: MI - Terminal Manager

This position maintains overall responsibility for the STI Romulus MI, Terminal, maintaining a safe and secure facility for personnel and equipment, need to perform administrative duties to ensure terminal operations and comply with company guidelines and procedures; I do collaborate with external departments at outlying terminals in order to assist with and be accountable to strategic business plans for yearly operations and follow up of plans in a monthly basis in order to make any necessary adjustments, always looking for the continuous improvement.

My experience is with Legal and Oversize- Overweight Hauls; Daily coordination and set up of Operations MX-USA-Canada and Vice versa together with the Corporate in STI Laredo TX.; I process Bids, Sales, Dispatch, Coordinating paperwork for border crossings, and follow up of different type of moves with necessary Paperwork. [Dry Vans, FB, SD, DD, and Curtain Side units].Also responsible of having the units to haul, ready to roll, we have approximately 30-40 units in our MI Yard. I am use to use the TMW System in order to process our Operations. I am used to work under pressure, stress, due the amount of operations to handle and coordinate.

Experience with KPI & P & L. Preparing Annual Business Plans, follow up of them and make the necessary alignments when needed.
