Completely revamped DuPont Remediation Services program via implementing client focused, cross collaboration of all program aspects. Emphasized client service while utilizing subject matter (SME) expertise to expedite response actions while optimizing cost and eliminating waste and duplicate efforts. Developed key performance indicators to document service response time, cost savings and safety oversight for all TRC projects. Responsible for all aspects of the DuPont RS program including industrial hygiene assessments, workplace hazard assessments, non-hazardous and hazardous waste management, and remediation contractor oversight including compliance with OSHA, EPA and state regulations.
