Secured E. D. Bullard Company’s 1st membership in Kentucky’s EXCEL Environmental Program by writing entirely new Environmental Management Program for Bullard in 2008, <12 months after arrival.

Recognized for “Longest String of Recertification’s in Kentucky” (6 times during 12-year period through 2018) for Safety & Health Recognition Program (“SHARP”), a voluntary partnership with KY OSH.

Optimized relationships with all 3 production shifts by adjusting personal work hours to be available to all 275 employees on their shifts.

Led EHS for sites in both KY and OH for International Paper, managing both union & non-union groups.

Promoted in 2019 as Bullard’s Global Safety and Environmental Manager with 350 full-time employees.

Reduced incidents, and more importantly, severity of accidents by working closely with Engineering Department to eliminate hazards in jobs, modify process, or to required additional PPE, thereby reducing MOD rate from .71 down to .65—all-time low in company history in 201X until another record with of .63 MOD rate 4 years later in 201Y.
