Reduced downtime from 6.5 hrs/24hr period to .2 hrs/24hr period. Served on Autonomous Maintenance team on Empty Can Conveyor. Reduced lost cans by 70% and jams in conveyors by 45%. Weld system technician- calibrated tooling, forming and sizing rolls, and bending data for the tube mill and performed training of new operators, and oversaw operations of tube mills and troubleshoot problems of mills.
Supervisor- Oversaw overall operations for a shift including tube mill operations, annealing and coil operations, and packing for plant. Reported problems, production, and actions during shift. January 2006 – May 2007 Quebecor World
Supervisor- Supervised between 20 – 30 personnel on the mailing of publications. Ensured proper mailing addresses were input into mailing lines, reported production, managed personnel and developed teams. Coordinated any problems in mailing with Post Office Personnel. Had a crew to set a record of 187,000 publications mailed in an 8 hour shift. That line averaged 130,000 publications per shift.

Machine operator- Operated various bending machines and various presses in the making of lawn mower and snowblower decks and handles for both.

Machine Operator- Operate Plasma cutter-Program Avenger to cut blanks by specifications. Ensure proper steel sheet material loaded on pull plate. Control loading of plates, Operation of magnetic crane to move material to proper locations for cutting, picking, and moving of scrap (skeletons). Program two robots to ensure proper pick up of blanks, and scraping of slag. Ensured steel shot blaster was full of shot, and was cleaning blanks. Ensured stacker stacked blanks properly and in set numbers. Troubleshoot Plasma cutter, magnetic crane, squaring table, Fanuc robot, ABB robot, shot blaster, and stacker and assist maintenance personnel in getting various elements of the system repaired. Ran manual hand straightener for axles to ensure straightness for machining operations. Ran manual leak test to ensure all welds were sealed to ensure no leaks after it left the facility to the customer.
