Work different positions thru out the plant in different areas and whatever shift is assigned.There are jobs that you have to be trained on during the first 90 days and then signed off by the trainer and area supervisor. For example, The Tri seal machine area has 3 parts. One part ran by robots that put the filled bags n boxes and one person either be the inspector that make sure the bags are sealed and placed apart before it gets to the robot. The other side inspector make sure the bags inside the boxes are the right amount and is secured right before moving on to be sealed up.These positions are rotated around every hour.There are also other machines I received training on that have to get signed off on before I worked on it by myself, and that is the 204 PMI Caser, and 204 Jones. Working on these machine comes with doing quality and quantity checks on time, and paper work turned in at end of shift. There were lots of other jobs that do not need signing off, and these are only 5 or 10 min training such as doing totes, 206 stack off, Du oz, Pallet Caps, or Labeler, etc. etc. During orientation, I received my Operators Permit certification to operate a forklift, rider pallet jack, and a walker pallet jack.
