OBJECTIVE
I am a self-motivating, outgoing individual seeking to obtain a position where I can put my mechanical problem-solving skills to good use.
SKILLS
In my early career I thought I would do something in automotives. I am very good with mechanics and have worked on cars for many years in my free time. Most people I know requisition me to work on their cars in lieu of seeking a garage. I have broadened my scope with the many skills I have cultivated during my time at Papa Johns. Although I do not hold any Certificates or Degrees, I am a fast learner, reliable, go getter.

EXPERIENCE
MAINTENANCE TECH • PJ FOODS SERVICE JULY 2007 – SEPT 2022 I started in production where I received employee of the year within my first year. I was then asked to move over to the maintenance department where I trouble shoot the machines, PM’s, some fabrication, some electrical, some PLC etc. I implement a 3rd shift in order to better maintain the machines and keep start up time to a minimum. I was the lead tech on the night shift many years. Then became the lead tech on 1st shift to help minimize down time during production hours. I have trained several employees as well as received Perfect Attendance each year.
