R.T. Abbott Construction

• Project Manager of a 25,000 square foot new build located at 631 North Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills. My responsibilities included all aspects of construction management. Quality control, scheduling, interfacing daily with RTA staff, subcontractors, architects, design team, engineers, inspectors, and property owners. As PM, we are responsible for writing all contracts and change orders including accounting, reconciliations, and billing for the company in a timely manner.

• This project has 4 levels. The Lower Basement is 25 feet underground and showcases an Indoor Basketball Court and Racquetball Court.

• The Upper Basement displays an Indoor Pool, Huge Gathering Room, Cooking and Serving Bar, Steam Shower, Dry Sauna, Two Powder Rooms, Two Bedrooms, and an Audio-Visual and Lutron Component Room.

• The Main Floor is composed of a Wood Paneled Entry Foyer, Living and Grand Stairway, Family Room and Dining Rooms, Kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero Appliances, Casual Dining Room, Butler Pantry, Maids Laundry and Maids Room.
