CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIAN AND MARKETING SPECIALIST
ZEN SPACE WELLNESS; PORTLAND, OR — DEC 2020- APRIL 2021 Provided direct patient care working as a chiropractor in the clinic. Held a leadership role for the company’s second location for their wellness boutique model. In the leadership role I was able to give support to those around me when needed. Continuously finding ways to better the practice and elevate the standard of patient care. Delivered care to a subpopulation of women, prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric patients. My role in marketing included creating brand content to post on social media platforms. Educating and implementing integrative healthcare into marketing content for the company. Designing social media posts that met the company’s standards and goals while also being inclusive, diverse, and showing equality. Meeting with and providing direct care/direction for brand ambassadors. Worked with google sheets, docs, and email to help organize marketing content and campaigns. With this role there was a lot of experimentation and trying new things, as well as ambiguity that allowed me to work on projects even with little to no direction given up front. WRITER
THE SMART CHIROPRACTOR; REMOTE WORK — 2020- CURRENT Work remotely writing blog posts for The Smart Chiropractor an internet marketing service. I write blog posts regarding patient care, chiropractic techniques, how to treat and diagnosis common conditions, and other content often related to health, wellness, and chiropractic medicine.

CHAIR OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY
NEXTGEN ACA — FEB 2020- CURRENT
I currently manage a group of 5-10 people whom work toward achieving a common goal. Leadership plays a large role in this job as I am expected to make sure my team is performing as needed and that we are all working together collectively. There is also a lot of ambiguity in this role since the NextGen ACA is a new startup group with in the ACA. This role often has me thinking on my feet and creating processes that will help propel the committee toward future goals. The work includes creating documents, templates, and bylaws or playbooks which help to run and govern NextGen ACA a subgroup within the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) helping new chiropractors as they enter the profession in their first 5 years in practice. Tasks often include working with other committees, creating content for higher ups at the ACA, and working with programs such as google docs, sheets, and drive.
A large part of this job is creating SOPs that aligned with the committees goals and bylaws. The SOPs are also continually changing and shifting as the committee grows and changes. Education
