My work history I was owner & general manager of a towing co.for 30 years

Took care of customer service complaints & making sure to make there experience A good one also supervise drivers making sure trucks were safe & drivers clean & presentable also making sure dispatchers were polite with customers dispatching calls on time assisting office people in releasing vehicles making yard personnel were keeping yard organize properly.

Setting up auctions for vehicles to be sold insuring the safety for all.
