Communication

In 2008 a lot of things happened in the housing market. Several established Contractors did not survive. However, due to the foresight of my mentor our company was able to survive. I was also involved in an auto related accident which hindered my mobility. That's when my boss, instructed me in home sales. Considering that most contractors in the area were going bankrupt, I didn't see many customers actually wanting to build a new home. However, through advertisements there were still people interested in building a new custom home. Although I had limited experience or training, I managed to sell homes to several people. I greatly admire the knowledge and direction I received from my mentor. James C. Carder Sr.

Leadership

I have always had a natural ability to lead others, mostly in the right direction. I am a great listener. You can't learn anything by talking. In order to guide and direct people you have to give them respect and relate to them. I have always been one to lead by example, I normally take the worst part of the job to show those I am directing that I'm not Lazy and I know how to work. I'm responsible not only for my actions, but also for the members of my team.
