• Prepare schedule to provide flexibility to staff but also ensuing that all shifts are properly covered during all shifts.
• Monitor time clock schedule for all staff to ensure that laboratory is properly staffed throughout all shifts each day
• Provide yearly evaluations for all members on the phlebotomy team, and develop improvement plans to improve the workplace environment and enhance the patients experience when coming for lab work.
• Provide exceptional customer experience when answering the phone, scheduling appointments, discussing requirements for lab testing, calling doctor offices working with RN and MD(s) discussing appropriate ICD10 codes.
