He has vast MTA NYCT and LIRR experience reconstructing and rehabilitating stations, train car washes, control facilities, tunnels, and substations. With an Architecture Degree, he has an attention to detail and respect for aesthetics. With his luxury residential experience, he understands finishes and end-user acceptance. New York, NY Managed the complete rehabilitation of the 800 Seat Theater along with 3 new entrances - one to the theater and two to the Humanities Building North and South Front Entrances. Work included a new 6 story elevator from the cellar up. Demolished existing Janitorial Room on each floor to create space for elevator shaft. Poured footings to existing grade beams. Queens Village, NY) Complete rehabilitation of the station including elements of steel, concrete, tile, railings, platform edge and stairs.
