New Style Contractors / Infinity Mech. Services Corp. New York, NY Managed the complete rehabilitation of the 800 Seat Theater along with 3 new entrances - one to the theater and two to the Humanities Building North and South Front Entrances. Work included a new 6 story elevator from the cellar up. Demolished existing Janitorial Room on each floor to create space for elevator shaft. Poured footings to existing grade beams. Poured structural slab beneath cellar level including sump pit. Poured walls on existing slabs up to masonry cap on top. Value:

Queens Village, NY) Complete rehabilitation of the station including elements of steel, concrete, tile, railings, platform edge and stairs. This station was listed in the national archive of Historical Preservation. Special materials and aesthetics required along with specialty tilework. Value: $13,293,586

MTA NYCT – Tunnel Rehabilitation of Atlantic Avenue Station to the Utica Avenue Portal Senior Project Manager (Melwood Construction, Corp. Queens Village, NY) Rehabilitation elements including platforms, waterproofing, structural steel and tiles. Replacement of all tunnel steel structural members between stations.
