Job Responsibilities

Designing product Installation and Maintenance plans at customer site.

Scheduling of Support team engineers and take all necessary decisions for the department.

Periodic Team meeting to gather the requirement of clients and to give resolution of problems faced by them at the time of installation and trouble shooting.

Escalation of necessary changes for Software and hardware enhancement to the development team.

Periodic escalation of product error and requirements faced by client / product user to improve functionality of product.

Meeting with clients to establish good relation as well as to get feedback of the product and support.

Ensure that all the support call taken up within given time frame by management.

Generate leads for AMC, product quantity addition as well as of new product.

Coordinating -Software Installation, training and troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting & maintenance of all computers and network problems in the office.

Generate new inquiries, Marketing and demonstration at client site.

Responsible for User’s Manual and User Guide.

Installation of the software, solving a customer queries and co-ordinate for software customization.

Provide telephonic support to Customers, dealers and our support team.

Generate inquiries via cold calling
