1. Partners Pharmacy - 02/11 to current

Currently I work for Partners Pharmacy CT. I assist in 3 departments. For medical records department I am in charge of checking the patients orders in their profile and printing their monthly medication administration records. I correct the records that comes back from the facility and updates them in the system.

I also assist the skilled nursing department with data entry, billing, prior authorizations and making calls to doctors and nurses to clarify orders.

My pharmacy just got into the business of serving

assisted living facilities. So I assist them in cycle fills, billing and dealing with insurances.

My pharmacy started a new program called RX2HOME

program where you send out medications to

discharged patients from skilled facilities. I am in charge of keeping the list of the patients, getting the right forms send and received and making sure the

medications go out at the time of their discharge. Pharmerica - 01/2006 to 02/11

I worked as a data entry technician at Pharmerica for almost 5 years. I was responsible for entering orders into the system that were faxed to the pharmacy from the nursing homes. I assisted with rejections, calling responsible personnel for clarifications on orders. CVS Pharmacy - 01/2002 to 01/2006

I worked at the register and did data entry at

cvs pharmacy. I assisted pharmacist with filling

prescriptions and entering prescriptions.

Certification: Cpht from Board of Pharmacy
