Operated automatically fired boiler to generate steam that supplied heat for production

/sterilization /laundry process, and safely maintained the main pressure.

Observed pressure, temperature, feed water regulators and burners.

Tested and treated boiler feed water.

Maintained a boiler room log, recorded meter and gauge data readings, such as watertest results and quantity of fuel consumed.

Monitored readings through a computer system to ensure efficiency of all systems.

Tested samples of water and chemicals taken from boilers and other systems toensure safety as well as longevity of machinery.

Operated and maintained boiler steam load demand, boiler burner equipment, fuel handling equipment, and boiler feed water equipment. PRESENT WORK EXPERIENCE

Performed startup, operation, and shut down procedures for all boilers.

Scheduled and assigned preventive maintenance for all Boiler mechanical equipment.
