Responsibilities and Duties: - Work closely with the customer, design engineer, project manager, and vendors when working on major installations and upgrades on AV equipment. Overseas the preventive maintenance on all AV equipment. Maintain the Video Network Broadcast System. Maintain and support new AV equipment in 24x7 Operation Centers on site. On a day to day operation in the Video shop, complete trouble calls, work orders, preventive maintenance, and provide support to the customer. Complete setups of video equipment for customer when high level tours and conferences are needed. Knowledge of Video equipment include projectors, switchers, routers, control systems, amplifiers, speakers, and Extron equipment. Skillful in cable management and termination of cable including CAT 5 and 6, fiber, coax, and audio cable. Keeps inventory of video equipment. Provides outstanding customer service.
Lockheed Martin- Lead Security Technician OCT 2007- 2009
Responsibilities and Duties: - Managed day to day operations. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of complex electronic security systems including but not limited to perimeter detection; intrusion detection, electronic access control and close circuit televisions systems. I inspected, troubleshoot, diagnosed and coordinated system upgrades. I conducted onsite assessments and inspections of to recommend multi-layered physical security solutions.
